DIEPSLOOT DIALYSIS CLINIC | Electrical design
Fouritron was tasked to do a complete electrical design for a dialysis clinic. This included electrical supply to the building, 100% generator backup, internal lighting and small power design, distribution board design, electronic services first-fixes and power to HVAC and specialized equipment.
SOUTH WEST GAUTENG COLLEGE | Back-Up Generator & DB Replacement
Fouritron was contracted as electrical consultant to do all the electrical engineering design work for generator installations, student housing, office block and sports lighting on 7 existing campuses. Each campus had different requirements and our tasks were designing new main distribution boards with 100% generator backup, designing new office block with a connection to the existing infrastructure, student housing with a new Eskom electrical connection, sports lighting for new sport fields and a general audit on the buildings to ensure compliance.
CASTLE MARINA | Electrical Connection
Fouritron was tasked to manage the electrical connection for new erfs that was rezoned from one large erf. This project is still in progress, Fouritron will be responsible for the electrical design from the connection point specified by council up to the metering kiosk (kiosk to council standards) that will supply the erfs.
POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT PROVIDER | Electrical Consultant
Fouritron is affiliated with the PPA company that will own and maintain assets. Fouritron was tasked with reviewing and managing all their current projects from an engineering point to ensure that the projects are designed and installed correctly. It is very important to accurately calculate the yield of the projects and to ensure the installation is done correctly to ensure that the PPA provider’s financial model is correct and the returns are guaranteed.
